Dear Closed Talk,It seems to be a very good product. By mistake I've sent you a "broken link report". In fact my program was downloaded and installed succesfully. I just wanted to let you know that a friend of mine, that I want to talk to using your product have experienced some difficulties with the installation (very slow e-mail provider) and now, after setting-up a new e-mail account, is not able to install your program again (with a new e-mail address). When trying to do so, system says, that the software is installed. It concerns me because I have ...
 Good first impresion So far I have only tested [ClosedTalk] briefely but I experienced no problems even true firewalls.
Had been nice to be able to change codec for higher speech quality when bandwidth allows. There seems to be a little delay, possibly due to CPU time needed for the encryption.
The e-mail identifications seems very good!
When do you have a iPhone version?

 Does it really work? No, it doesn`t! I have tried calling people through their email addresses and found that it doesn't work. Email addresses I tried for people who were online at the time but ClosedTalk's response was 'offline'. This clearly showed it doesn't work.Therefore, I will not recommend to anyone even for FREE.
